Lehi City is seeking a qualified contractor for the lining rehabilitation of concrete sewer mainline pipe for two areas within the city. Construction services including sewer maintenance and repair, roads and highways and excavation and backfill services, levee and dam construction and digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, equipment rental or lease, and energy conservation Insulation including pipe and tubing insulation and thermal insulation and insulation sealing layers and specialty insulation Pipe piping and pipe fittings including adapters and angle face rings and backup flanges and baffles and bends and bushings and caps and connectors Utilities including gas and power and water and sewer and electricity and utilities management and consulting services, and alternative forms of energy, solar panels and servicing City hereby hires Contractor and Contractor agrees to be bound to the City to perform the Work as described in [insert RFP or Bid #] and Contractor's Response to [insert RFP or Bid #] dated [insert date of RFP/Bid response], both attached hereto as Exhibit A, and referred to as the "Contract Documents" and by this reference are incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement.
