Renovation of a municipal facility in Cody, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The owner's opinion of probable construction costs is $200,000 to $250,000. No bid may be considered unless accompanied by a bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount, which shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owner. The successful bidder will be required to provide payment and performance bonds in an amount of at least 100% of the awarded contract price. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the scheduled time of the bid opening, and all bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening. It is anticipated that the Notice of Award will be issued to the successful bidder on November 6, 2024, and the successful bidder will have up to 30 days to enter into a Contract with the Owner. The project must be completed on or before Friday, January 17, 2025. The City of Cody reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
