Construction of Roadway Improvements to Pike County 251 from Route NN to approximately 275 feet east of CR 252 in Pike County. Improvements include grading, earthworks, aggregate base, paving, replacement of box culverts, restoration, and any incidental work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Total length of the improvements is approximately 1.0 mile All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2023 Edition including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The Pike County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The DBE Goal for this project is 3.1%. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project.
