As of November 12, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 2024. The rehabilitation of an existing Lift Station and new Force Main at the Northeast Lagoon to convey wastewater to the Northwest Wastewater Treatment Facility, controls, cellular alarm dialer, electrical, and all appurtenances. Sludge removal from the Southeast, Northeast and Northwest lagoon facilities. Rehabilitation of the Northwest Wastewater Treatment Facility, including but not limited to piping, valving, manhole structure replacements, the addition of aeration equipment in the lagoons, the addition of a Moving Bed Biological Reactor (MBBR) for ammonia treatment, new blower pads with blowers, the addition of a UV System for disinfection treatment, site work, electrical, controls, cellular alarm dialer, the addition of an emergency back-up generator and transfer switch, and all appurtenances. 2. visit the Site and become familiar with and satisfy Bidder as to general, local, and Site conditions; 3. become familiar with and satisfy Bidder as to all federal, state and local Laws and Regulations; 4. determine that the Bidding Documents are generally sufficient to indicate and convey understanding of all terms and conditions for the performance of the work, and; 5. promptly give Engineer written notice of all conflicts, errors, ambiguities, or discrepancies that Bidder discovers in the Bidding Documents and confirm that the written resolution thereof by Engineer is acceptable to bidder by acknowledgment of Addenda on Proposal. 6. in the event that any of the provisions contained in the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, General Specifications or Drawings conflict, it is understood by the Bidder that the stricter interpretation shall apply. Question Deadline 10/31/2024 All questions of a technical nature regarding the project will only be answered in writing by Addendum.
