Reference Number : 0000364927 Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal ("RFP" and/or "Proposals"), the County is soliciting Proposals from qualified Proposers to provide all necessary professional services, project management, and administrative support to implement the scope of work as indicated in the following areas: A. Project Management, Scheduling, Record keeping and Reporting B. Implementation of Health and Safety Programs C. Landfill Compliance Inspections D. Landfill Gas (LFG) Management E. Methane Monitoring and Reporting F. Groundwater and Surface Water Monitoring and Reporting G. Landfill Maintenance Merk/Miles and Morgan Falls Landfills Purchase Type Term: 01/01/2025 12:00 AM EST - 12/31/2025 12:00 AM EST Question Deadline 10/22/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online : Yes. Background : The County has completed closure activities at the two (2) municipal solid waste landfills, Merk /Miles Road Landfill located on Merk Road in southwest Fulton County, and Morgan Falls Landfill located on Morgan Falls Road in Sandy Springs, that are permitted by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (GA EPD). The permits for these landfills prescribe that the landfills receive post closure care. Post closure care includes erosion repair, vegetation management, environmental monitoring, restoration, and reporting. Award Requirements - All or None Award
