The University of Texas at Austin (University) on behalf of University Housing and Dining requests bids in response to this Invitation to Bid no. (ITB) from qualified and experienced vendors (Bidders) to provide Landscape Services for three (3) University Apartment complexes: Brackenridge, Colorado and Gateway. Question Deadline 10/18/2024 at 2:30 PM CT Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: The pre-bid conference will allow Bidders to visit all three (3) University apartment complexes, and allow an opportunity to ask University representatives relevant questions and clarify provisions of this ITB. Bidders are responsible for having visited the site and having determined the general and specific working conditions, limitations, ingress and egress capabilities, needed measurements, calculations, and special equipment requirements. Bidders must sign in at the first location (3501 Lake Austin Blvd., Austin, TX 78703) and stay for the entire pre-bid conference for their bid to be considered. Parking is available for Bidders at each apartment complex throughout the site visit. To ensure arrival by 9:00 AM CST, allow adequate time for parking and travel to the Brackenridge University Apartments Office. Bidders are responsible for providing their own transportation to each apartment complex during the site walk through.
