Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Frisco is seeking proposals from qualified construction management firms. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a one-step process. Services to be provided include customary Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services, to include pre-construction services, for the Frisco Police Parking Garage and Surface Lot located in the City of Frisco. Question Deadline 10/22/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Online Portal The project consists of a new parking garage structure with approximately 450 spaces to accommodate vehicle parking. The garage structure is anticipated to either be three levels with three bays, or four levels with two bays. Additionally desired is a new 230-stall flat surface parking lot, constructed of concrete or asphalt, with perimeter fencing. The proposed garage site is currently a developed parking lot, and the proposed surface lot is to be developed on approximately 3 acres of undeveloped land north of the current police site, located at the Frisco Police Station at 7200 Stonebrook Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75034 (Site). A preliminary site plan may be found in Exhibit A. The architect for the project is: Parkhill Michael Howard 3000 Internet Boulevard Suite 550 Frisco, TX 75034 One CMAR will be selected for the project to provide both pre-construction and construction services. Pre-construction services will be required immediately following award of a contract; this is currently anticipated for November 2024. Shortlist Confirmed
