Site work for a civil project in Jasper, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
2016 CDBG-DR The Project provides for the construction of approximately 268 linear feet of bank stabilization of Sandy Creek beginning 200 feet north of E Houston St traveling east along the creek. The scope of work includes, but not limited to: 1. Mobilization 2. Erosion control 3. Clearing and grubbing 4. Excavation of existing bank slopes 5. Hauling of excavated material offsite 6. Placement of lean clay fill material 7. Placement of geotextile fabric 8. Placement of filter stone 9. Placement of 24" rock rip rap 10. Permanent seeding of disturbed areas 11. Site cleanup There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Jasper, Texas or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond.3 Jasper, Texas reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Jasper for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
