The scope of the work for this project includes work associated with the conversion of the 'old middle school building(s) to create a new Board of Education Office Building. Work includes, but is not strictly limited to, the following: Selective demolition, asbestos removal, concrete work, interior masonry and drywall partitions, finishes (flooring, walls, ceiling), single ply roofing system, doors, frames and hardware, aluminum windows, plumbing supply and waste, Hvac, and electrical work.
