The Rural Municipality of Wellington No. 97 invites tenders for the supply and stockpile of approximately 10,500 cubic yards of 7/8" and 3,300 cubic yards of1 1/2 " traffic gravel at SW 4-11-14 W2, south of Cedoux. We would like to have the gravel stockpiled over the winter so it can be accessed in the spring. The contractor shall supply and stockpile 10,500 cubic yards of 7/8" and 3,300 cubic yards of I h" gravel at the RM stockpile located at sw 04-1 1-14 W2. The work shall commence during the winter months. The contractor is responsible for and to obtain all permits, licenses and certificates and pay all fees required by other authorities having jurisdiction for the performance of the Work. Contractors legal name and address. IJnit price to supply and stockpile 7/8" and 1 h" traffic gravel. Copy of a minimum of liability insurance. Workers Compensation Board Registration Number and letter of good standing. The unit price shall exclude Goods and Services Tax and/or provincial Sales Tax. The lowest or any tender is not necessarily accepted. The RM reserves the right to accept a tender other than the lowest tender for any reason. Late tenders will automatically be rejected. Tenders must not be incomplete, qualified, conditional, illegal, obscure, illegible or irregular in any way. The RM reserves the right to withdraw any or all tenders or any portion thereof. Tenders will be considered based on total unit price. Contractor must be in good standing with the Municipality.
