SUNY is seeking architectural and engineering services pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law section 163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law. 600 Crown Street is a new out of the ground residential building with the first-floor space needing to be converted to an article 28 medical new Birthing Center. The infrastructure will require medical-grade HVAC, lighting, plumbing, sprinkler, FA protection systems and IT infrastructure.
