In these Documents where the word "Owner" appears, it shall be understood to mean the Clark County Country Water Facilities. Information obtained by the Owner regarding site conditions; topography; existing construction of site facilities; and subsurface investigations, including test boring logs are available for examination at the office of the Engineer.
