STEWART BUILDERS, as Construction Manager at Risk for Katy ISD is soliciting proposals from Manufacturers and Equipment Suppliers for an Early Release Package for the Bear Creek Elementary Renovation Project, located at 4815 Hickory Downs Dr, Houston, TX 77084. The Limited Scope of work for the Early Release Package includes Equipment Purchase Only of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Electrical Distribution Panel delivered F.O.B. to the jobsite. All proposals shall remain valid for a minimum period of sixty (60) days unless noted otherwise and will be evaluated based on the best value for Katy ISD and the project schedule. The project Architect is Stantec, contact: Gary Dunn, (713) 548-5722 or gary.dunn@ stantec.com. After receipt of proposals, Stewart Builders will conduct its evaluation of the proposals in relation to the project requirements. The Owner and Construction Manager reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any formalities and irregularities in the proposal process and to make the awards in the best interest of Katy ISD.
