STEWART BUILDERS, as Construction Manager at Risk for Katy ISD is soliciting proposals from Manufacturers and Equipment Suppliers for an Early Release Package for the Katy High School VHall Renovation Project, located at 6331 Hwy Blvd, Katy, TX 77494. The Limited Scope of work for the Early Release Package includes Equipment Purchase Only of Air Handling Units (AHUs) delivered F.O.B. to the jobsite. All proposals shall remain valid for a minimum period of sixty (60) days unless noted otherwise and will be evaluated based on the best value for Katy ISD and the project schedule. The project Architect is VLK Architects, contact: Lynn Rabatsky, (281) 671-2300 or lrabatsky@vlkarchitects.com. After receipt of proposals, Stewart Builders will conduct its evaluation of the proposals in relation to the project requirements. The Owner and Construction Manager reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any formalities and irregularities in the proposal process and to make the awards in the best interest of Katy ISD.
