A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work under this contract consists generally of construction of at-grade, multi-modal access to the existing Newark Liberty International Airport Rail Station, including a climate controlled steel-framed bridge, a two-level steel vertical circulation building, electrical and mechanical equipment, public address and surveillance camera systems, paving, landscaping, drainage, and related Work at Block 3516, Lots 24, 36 and 58, Newark Liberty International Airport Rail Station and vicinities thereof in Newark, New Jersey. Estimate Range: $70M - $80M. Question Deadline 12/31/2024 Questions by prospective bidders shall be submitted 7 calendar days before the date of receipt of Bids.
