Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Minnetrista, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids. The project consists of two additions to the building, one of the additions is a storm shelter, redesign of existing layout and reconfiguring the courtyard and entrances. There are also mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection upgrades through out the building, including a new mechanical mezzanine, along with upgrades to the interior finishes throughout the building. Also included in the interior scope is the expansion of the cafeteria and main gym upgrades. The site work scope consists of demolition of the existing tennis courts to expand the parking lot, reconfiguration of the traffic flow in the parking lot, utility upgrades and pavement work.
