As of November 22,2024, project was awarded to Millennium Pools & Spas, LLC, awarded amount is $230,799.50. The estimated project cost is $150,000 - $200,000 Woodlands Pool Resurfacing & Repair; county owned seasonal pool located at 2 Northampton Boulevard, Stafford County, Virginia 22554 The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified bidders to establish a standard contract to provide resurfacing and repair of Woodlands Pool located at 2 Northampton Boulevard, Stafford, Virginia 22554. This work shall include, but is not limited to, cleaning the pools, preparing surfaces for application, and repairing and replacing associated furnishings to prepare the pools for a successful opening. Complete details may be found in the Scope of Work. All work, including the filling of the pool, shall have a completion date of NO LATER THAN APRIL 30, 2025.
