Town Hall Renovation-General Construction Renovation of an existing commercial building to a new town hall location for the Town of Pleasant Valley. The existing building is a two-story building with site access on both levels. The new layout will include all of the town's offices, a large meeting room and a new courtroom. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of Base Bid is required and must accompany proposal. Performance Bond and Labor Material Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of Contract Sum are required to be delivered at time Contract is signed with Owner.
