The Central Falls High School is a single-phase project scheduled to install from October 1 to October 31, 2025, Monday through Friday. The contractor may have access to the site between the hours of 6:00am - 8:00pm as needed. If other hours or weekends are needed, they can be arranged by mutual consent of Owner and Contractor. Additional supervision fees will apply to hours that exceed the standard 7:30 to 3:30 workday. Elevator will be available for use amongst all contractors. Contractor must use provided key to avoid having the circuit trip and require a callback to the elevator company. Such a callback would be the responsibility of the Contractor if they were not using the key. This project is subject to construction progress schedules. The Central Falls School District reserves the right to change the timetable due to unforeseen conditions. The Owner reserves the right to change the construction schedule with a 30-day notice to the awarded vendors.
