Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work includes partial demolition, new construction, asbestos abatement, removal and replacement of flooring, painting, HVAC, fire suppression and electrical as further detailed Filed Sub-bid trade(s): Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Painting, Flooring Filed Sub-bids and General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of amount bid, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category of work) and DCAMM Update Statement. A performance bond and labor and materials payment bond satisfactory to the Awarding Authority in the sum of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder.
