Project Description: This project is to repair/renovate 19,000 square feet (sf) within existing Building 2245 (B2245) to maximize administrative areas for assigned personnel. Scope will include installation of new LED lighting and power distribution, repair existing restrooms, maintain existing HVAC while revising mechanical systems and ductwork per new layout. Repair/replace fire suppression systems. Renovate interiors by removing hard-walled offices where possible to create open, flexible workstations. Utilize existing entrances and courtyard while ensuring egress paths comply with life safety codes and standards. Replace all interior finishes to support new interior layout.
