At porte cochere - temporary shoring and template preparation, selective demolition of damaged stone and brick masonry, repair of framing members, rebuilding of stone and brick masonry porte cochere including replacement of brick and resetting of stone arch voussoirs and quoins, and grouting and pointing all new/restored masonry. At front porch - repair damaged sections of porch columns, framing, skirt boards, and flooring caused by a car. Surface preparation, spot priming of existing or full priming of new wood, and 2-coat finish paint all areas of repair at painted wooded surfaces. Miscellaneous repairs in the basement, as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents.
