Site work for a road / highway in Dateland, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The proposed work is located on the Antelope Palomas Road, between Ave. 64E (north of Dateland) and Ave. 76E (East of Hyder). The work consists of, but is not limited to: construction of 3 thick asphalt concrete pavement low flow crossings at six (6) washes crossing the Antelope Palomas Road. Install 12 thick cut-off walls on the upstream and downstream side of each of the six (6) washes, and place signing and traffic paint striping at all washes. The project manager for this Project is Jason R. Giard, Department of Engineering, 2351 W. 26th Street, Yuma, Arizona 85364. Direct questions in writing or email jason.giard@yumacountyaz.gov. All inquiries from bidders shall be sent in writing via email or carrier service prior to 72 hours of the scheduled bid opening. No inquiries will be accepted after that time. the non-collusion affidavit and a certified or cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total amount of the bid. The construction of this Project is to be completed in 70 calendar days for the base bid and 20 additional days for each additive alternative from the effective date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The Yuma County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in a bid, as it may deem in the best interest of the County Question Deadline 10/22/2024.
