The scope of work of the item being sought to purchase is: The master plan update will provide a comprehensive review and forecast of landside and airside activities and a plan to meet the forecasted demands. The master plan update shall be performed in accordance with current FAA advisory circulars and include but not limited to the following major work items: Pre-Planning; Public Involvement Program; Environmental Considerations; Existing Conditions; Aviation Forecasts; Facility Requirements; Alternative Development and Evaluation; Airport Layout Plan; Facilities Implementation Plan; Financial Feasibility Analysis; Final Report. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive any irregularities in the Proposals received and to accept the Proposal(s) that are in the best interest of the City.
