Reference Number 0000365119 Trash Chute Cleaning and Inspection: Please review the Scope and Requirements in the Solicitation Documents Scope Of Work: Contractor shall furnish all facilities, labor, materials, equipment and perform all services per the attached scope-of-work. The Denver Housing Authority (DHA) manages several residential mid-rise buildings with trash chutes. Over time, the trash cutes become damaged and soiled with waste and must be maintained. It is the intent of DHA to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide trash chute cleaning and inspection services. The selected contractor(s) shall be responsible for all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to perform all services listed throughout this solicitation.
