SCOPE OF SERVICES A. The University is seeking to award at least (1) qualified Contractor to provide carpentry services on an on-call, as-needed basis for all Stockton University Campuses, including, but not limited to the following locations: 1. Galloway, NJ 2. Atlantic City, NJ 3. Hammonton, NJ 4. Manahawkin, NJ 5. Woodbine, NJ Note: Although the University makes no guarantee to volume or location of work, it is anticipated that the majority of services will be for Galloway, and Atlantic City, NJ campuses. B. Carpentry Services will be requested and provided on an on-call, as needed basis. Work may include only service, only material, or both service and material. Carpentry services may include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: The anticipated Contractual period will be for three (3) years, with no option to renew for an additional time period 1. General Carpentry Question Deadline 10/15/2024 a. Service locations may include interior and exterior b. Laying out, measuring, cutting, erecting, and joining materials together c. Concrete d. Exteriors: o Brick & Veneer / Plywood / Wood / Fiber Cement Board / Vinyl / Aluminum / Stucco /
