Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Site Directions: The project work site is located on a vacant property off the north side of Cole lane in Aurora, Oregon. The proposed well location is presented in Exhibit A. The property, which is now owned by the City of Aurora, was formerly part of a single family residential lot. Description: The Project includes the following Work: A. Site Work: Onsite Work entails the construction of an onsite overflow pond; a dechlorination manhole; installation of all yard piping; trench excavation; shoring; pipe bedding; pipe zone backfill; general backfill; ductile iron, corrosion coated, restrained mechanical joints and valving; disinfection and pressure testing; installation of a new emergency generator; construction of ground improvements for the reservoir; and all Labor, Materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as shown. B. Reservoir: The Reservoir entails construction of a new 1.2 MG Prestressed Concrete Reservoir; overflow and drain installation; level sensing instrumentation; intrusion alarms; a Tideflex mixing system; all associated piping and valving; and all Labor, Materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as shown.; C. Booster Station: The booster station entails the installation of three end suction pumps and one split-case pump; a PRV; a CMU block building; all associated piping and valving; all associated HVAC and plumbing; installation of new VFDs; and all Labor, Materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as shown. D. Offsite Piping: Offsite Piping includes the installation of approximately 2,000 feet of 16-inch diameter, C900 polyvinyl chloride (PVC) water pipeline within existing easements or public right-of-way; trench excavation; shoring; pipe bedding' pipe zone backfill; ductile iron, coated restrained, mechanically-restrained joints and valving; disinfection and pressure testing; and all Labor, Materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as shown.
