Site work for a water / sewer project in Oak Ridge, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: 1 Water Mains a. 23 LF of 6-inch C900 water main and associated appurtenances b. 17,997 LF of 12-inch C900 water main and associated appurtenances 2 Meter Vault Site a. 10' x 8' Precast Meter Vault b. 12' x 8' Precast Valve Vault Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the Contract. Question Deadline 07/15/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: 1 Questions will not be taken by phone. Questions may be e-mailed to Engineers E-mail address as follows: jgrey@thewootencompany.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. EPA MBE/WBE participation goals: MBE 10.9% WBE 10.4% State of NC MBE/WBE participation goal: 10% (combined)
