The Board of Trustees of the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District is in the process of seeking Statement of Qualifications (RFQ) from architectural design teams to develop, design and provide oversite through the construction of Edinburg CISD's roofing improvements. Consideration will be limited to firms that have demonstrated successful and verifiable experience in the design of higher education facilities of similar scope for the public sector. The design consultants will be experienced in the planning and design of the roof systems for educational facilities. The consultant team selected should be familiar with the unique needs of this type of development and must have the ability to work and interact with various Edinburg CISD department personnel throughout the design and construction of this facility. It is anticipated that the consultant team selected will demonstrate competencies in creativity and innovation, enough to provide the following design needs: Architectural Landscaping (hardscape/softscape) Interior Finishes Associated Civil, MEP, Structural Information Technology/Communications Cost Estimation The consultant team selected will engage experienced personnel and maintain a workload that allows production of documents in a very timely manner.
