You are invited to submit an offer and delivery date for the supply of the following to the City of Victoria: SS-1 (Emulsified Asphalt) , EP-2000 (Emulsified Asphalt) Enquiries regarding this RFO should be directed in writing to Supply Management Services, via e-mail to Jesusa Tahao [purchasing@victoria.ca]. All questions should be received at least three (3) business day before the Submission Date. Later enquiries may not be answered. Estimated 3000L annually - SS-1 (Emulsified Asphalt) Used as a tack coat and to seal the asphalt joints by City of Victoria 1500L batches estimated to be twice per year delivered by Supplier to Public Works site. Prior to delivery, the vendor must confirm with City representative. Estimated 3000L annually - EP-2000 (Emulsified Asphalt) Used as a tack coat by City of Victoria 300-500 L batches received at Supplier’s facility. Pick up by City of Victoria staff on ‘as and when needed’ basis.
