Renovation of a medical facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Vancouver Coastal Health (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified companies to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to E177-00: VGH JPS Palliative Care Patio Renovation - Phase 1, 2, and 3. The Palliative Care Program (PCU) at VGH has relocated to level T14 of the VGH Jim Pattinson Pavilion South from their original home on the T16 Floor. The request is to add an enclosed, 3-seasons space with glazing and electrical services (receptacles and lighting) on the T14 patio. This would allow the program to have the indoor space it requires to operate and provide the best patient care. The scope of the project is to build a 3-seasons, enclosed structure with glazing and electrical to act as a lounge for patients and their family.
