The work includes: 1. Colding planning existing asphalt surface 1.5m along entire perimeter of new surface course asphalt to be placed 2. Adjusting existing manholes and catch basins as well as, existing adjusting valve boxes to grade 3. Placement of asphalt tack coat 4. Placement of new 50mm thick surface course asphalt.
