Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hoschton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 560,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
As of August 18, 2025, this project is in final planning. A construction manager at risk has been selected. Construction will begin this month, August 2025 and shall be completed by July 2028. The Jackson County School System's Board of Education (Owner) is seeking proposals from interested and capable Construction Management Firms for the construction of a New PreK-12 Educational Facility in Hoschton, GA. The project's general scope includes: Building a new PreK-12 educational facility comprising multiple structureson an approximately 115-acre site located at the northwest corner of GAHwy 332 and Boone Rd. in Hoschton, GA. The total area of all buildings, including athletic support facilities, isestimated to be 560,000 square feet, subject to change. The athletic facilities will feature a football stadium with an 8-lane track,baseball and softball fields, soccer/football practice fields, and tennis courts, along with necessary supporting amenities.
