Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond not less than 5% of the total bid. Submit sealed (contractor must have Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility clearly labeled on outside of submission), The project will be awarded based on the best-qualified bid and is subject to the approval by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
