Reference number: 20023118 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-10-23 The Municipality of La Martre is requesting tenders for work related to the supply and distribution of drinking water, including, but not necessarily limited to: - Development of two (2) existing drinking water production wells and the site of the wells. - Construction of a well service building measuring approximately 6 m by 8 m with drinking water treatment, including iron sequestration and disinfection for a capacity of 237.5 m3/day. - Construction of a reinforced concrete drinking water reservoir with a capacity of +- 130 m3, including a reservoir service building. - Redevelopment of an existing access road approximately 250 m long between Route de la Riviere and the existing drinking water supply wells, with drainage ditch, turning area and gravel parking area. - Construction of an access road approximately 300 m long between Rue des Ecoliers and the proposed drinking water reservoir, with drainage ditch, turning area and gravel parking area. - Construction of a 100 mm-diameter feeder pipe in easement over an approximate length of 925 m, including a 300 mm-diameter contact time pipe and a crossing of the river at La-Martre. - Construction of a 50 mm to 150 mm diameter drinking water distribution network on municipal streets, private streets and easements totalling approximately 3,575 m, including a crossing of the Riviere-a-la-Martre and a crossing of Route 132. - Replacement of rainwater mains, locally. - Repairs and additional repairs, by sector, to municipal streets and restoration of easement sites. - Construction of drinking water service connections between road rights-of-way and in easements on private land up to the foundations of private buildings for approximately 84 units. - Construction of a pressure reduction chamber. - Decommissioning of existing reservoirs. - Partial decommissioning of the existing municipal water distribution network. - Maintaining connections to the existing municipal and private network. - Plugging of exploratory boreholes to find water within the municipality. - Repairing the rear ends.
