Beginning January 1, 2025 and continuing thereafter until December 31, 2029, with the option to renew for two additional years for a total of seven years, CONTRACTOR shall perform the services required by the Contract unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this contract or by mutual consent of the parties. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received as a result of this RFP, to waive any irregularities and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Preparation and submission of a proposal is at the proposer's sole risk and expense.
