Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Fairhope, Alabama. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Additions and renovations to upgrade an existing pharmacy to meet the USP 800 minimum requirements for a cancer rehabilitation facility in Fairhope, AL. The project includes site preparations for a temporary portable pharmacy that must be utilized during construction. Operations of the facility must not be impacted by construction. Some after hours and weekend work may be required. Work includes the following activities; demolition of interior walls, ceilings, and mechanical systems. New work will include; a small addition to the building, interior finishes, and a new mechanical system with controls. This project will require companies and subcontractor with the following experience; (1) New or renovated compounding USP 797, or 800 pharmacy Mechanical subcontractor with (1) USP 797 or 800 pharmacy (2) Healthcare renovation projects that required continuing operation of the facility while construction was being performed. Construction Duration: 5 Months Questionnaires shall be returned via e-mail only to the addresses above and received no later than 5:00 PM Central Time, Friday October 18, 2024.
