Description 751/24476.ABG; Lime Island SRA - Solar Requesting a Design Build entity for development of design documents and installation of a new solar array, distribution feeder/conduit, batteries and control system to serve existing Cabins located on Lime Island. The project is to include the decommissioning of the existing solar shingles and removal of the existing battery system currently serving existing cabins and the installation of a new solar array, required electrical conduits and feeders from the solar array to the Caretaker Cabin and a new battery system installed in the basement of the Caretaker Cabin. A preliminary design scope of work was developed by SunStore Energy and is attached for reference. SunStore Energy shall be engaged by the Design Build entity for the project, with the intent that they will provide the schematic design for the project and the Design Build entity is responsible to develop the design documents to be used for the project and submitted to LARA for plan review. 5% BID SECURITY REQUIRED Please do not submit online questions via online. The boat will leave the State Dock at 12:30 PM for Lime Island. Due to boat capacity limitations, the Design Build entity will be limited to two walkthrough inspection participants.
