**As of December 13, 2024 Porject has not been awarded, Award approval will be on January 15, 2025.** SCOPE OF WORK Abatement contractor must have mold credentials oContractor must have all must be posting signage oAll work to be done in full compliance with all State and Local Regulations oContractor must work within all OSHA and AQMD regulations oContractor be responsible for any notifications oContractor will contain all work area oWe need to wet wipe all contents and set aside a designated area. oAll non hard surface items will be passed through a negative air machine oContractor responsible for movement of all furniture oWe need to have a three stage decon chamber with working shower oContractor shall provide any personal air sampling oContractor to use wet methods oHepa vacuuming needed throughout the clean-up oMust have a registered negative air machine and hepa vac oContractor to square of areas where water came through the ceiling oContractor to clean inside the cavity and square off ceiling (damaged area) oContractor to remove wet or affected insulation oYou will be monitored by a third party Environmental consultant oConsultant will do all final clearances oWe need to place a temporary piece of panel at the exposed ceiling oContractor to tear down all plastic and remove all equipment once air test has been achieved oFacilities must be present every time you show up to the school site. oDo not abate in the presence of students and staff oAll PPE proper for mold abatement oThe cavity where the leak occurred must have all mold removed and kilz oAll hazards to be properly bagged and disposed of oContractor to notify all proper agencies oContractor to provide all labor and materials oConsultants may add some small modifications to scope and containment. oNegative air and hepa vac must be State certified oAll work must be done in full compliance with AHERA school regulations oAll work to be done after school hours to include weekends and Sundays oContractor must provide a timeline at least 14 days in advance of work oAsbestos Survey Attached.
