Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boon, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Responder questions received by October 24th, 2024; by 2:00pm . Responders shall submit in writing all project and RFP questions, including any questions from site visit, via the GetAll system for incorporation into any addenda. No telephone or in-person inquiries will be accepted This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being sent to select firms from the Saint Paul Public Schools Board of Education (BOE) approved slate of architects and engineers. (See Attachment 1) Please note that a responder's rates may not exceed those previously approved by the BOE. Failure to comply with this provision may result in the rejection of a proposal. Saint Paul Public Schools, Independent School District #625, is requesting proposals for Architect Services for Battle Creek Middle School, Txuj Upper and Highland High School. The project to include replacement of classroom & conference room A/V, data cabling and CCTV. Construction dates: May 2025 - August 2026, with Highland Park High School being completed by the end of August 2025. Remaining work to be completed by end of August 2026. Construction to continue during school year, if possible, but not to disrupt normal school programming.
