This contract consists of the installation of 2 cross pipes with associated headwalls and endwalls, 2 through- the-bank pipes with associated headwalls and endwalls, installation of pavement repair associated with 1 cross pipe installation, the removal of 1 cross pipe and re- grading of existing turnout, installation of 2 riprap aprons at the outlet of the through- the- bank pipes, installation of 2 teardrop outlet protection basin, installation of 1 grade break, removal of approximately 300 feet of loose gravel and regrade existing ditch line, install 6" loose lift of Driving Surface Aggregate ( DSA) over length of project consisting of approximately 362 feet, regrade and install outslope of approximately 362 feet of road, seed and mulch all disturbed areas. The Contract is located on Brooks Cabin Road in the area of Dingman & Shohola Townships, Pike County. Brooks Cabin Road begins at Route 6 near Shohola Creek and ends near the Shohola Lake Dam. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total contract amount in a form acceptable to the Owner. The bidder will also furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
