Rowan County is requesting bids to provide the necessary materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to construct an equipment storage building for the Mid-Carolina Regional Airport as detailed on included drawings. The project shall include all permits, surveying, site prep, and any other identified components required to provide a complete and finished project.
