Site work for a water / sewer project in Schenectady, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of approximately 2,000 LF of new 14" HDPE DR 11 watermain along with connections to existing watermain and installation of new meter pits. Installation of new water service, meter and pressure reducing valve including all pipes, fittings and appurtenances for 707 Business Blvd. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. M/WBE firms are strongly encouraged to apply. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids. Questions should be sent to Jake Fogarty, P.E. via email at jfogarty@delawareengineering.com. Question Deadline 10/21/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed, faxed or delivered to all parties recorded by OWNER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
