Scope of work The following locks are to be removed and replaced with indicated Schlage locks. 22 - Existing Cylindrical Locks to be replaced with Schlage ND53J RHO626 13-247 10-025 134 IS-LOC 24- Existing Falcon Mortise Locks to be replaced with Schlage L9050L x 06B x L283-711 x 626 8 - Existing Corbin Mortise Locks to be replaced with Schlage L9050L x 02B xL283-711 x 626 3 - Existing Corbin Mortise Locks to be replaced with Schlage L9050L x L283-711 x 626 Contractor to include the following in proposal: Removal and disposal of all existing locks. Install of all new Schlage locks. All hardware required to install new locks. Labor for demo and install. Once work is started it will continue until all locks are installed and functioning properly without any delays. Jobsite is to be left clean and safe at the end of each workday. Any shipping and delivery cost to be paid by contractor.
