The County of McHenry is seeking qualified bidders for renovations to TEN (10) public bathrooms in the Government Center located in Woodstock, Illinois, subject to continuing need and availability of funds.. The work will include, but is not limited to, Select demolition, Solid Surface Countertop replacement, Plumbing, Electrical, Door hardware replacements, and Interior finishes. The project consists of replacing items that have exceeded their life cycle expectancy, improving lighting, correcting ADA deficiencies, and refreshing the overall appearance of the bathrooms. General. Supply all labor, transportation, materials, apparatus and tools necessary for the entire proper completion of this Work; and perform in the best manner, and everything properly incidental thereto, as stated in the Contract Documents or reasonably implied therein. The words install, provide, furnish, include, supply, apply, place, or any combination thereof, are intended to be synonymous and to indicate that the material or work specifically mentioned is to be furnished and installed completely by this Contractor and incorporated into the Work, unless specified otherwise.
