Purpose: The County of Galveston is seeking a vendor to supply a brand new, commercial grade, 2024 Backhoe to be used by the Galveston County Road & Bridge Department. Galveston County reserves the right to amend these dates and will notify proposers of any changes via an addendum posted on the County's Purchasing Department's website. Bond Requirements: There is no bond required with this Invitation to Bid. Debarment and Suspension: To participate in this solicitation, respondent certifies that neither it, nor any of its Principals, are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, disqualified, excluded, or in any way declared ineligible for the award of contracts by any Federal agency.
