Canandaigua Town Hall Renovation - 6,100 SF Lower Floor & First Floor Renovation Sealed Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract #1: General The project consists of an interior renovation of the existing office space at the Canandaigua Town Hall. Work will include the creation of new enclosed offices as well as restroom revisions, HVAC revisions and general finish work throughout. Minor exterior work will include providing (1) new egress door and (1) new window. All typical trade work including: selective building demolition, unit masonry, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, sheathing, architectural wood casework, solid surface fabrications, air barriers, blanket insulation, sheet metal flashing, sealant and joint fillers, hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, coiling overhead doors, aluminum framed storefronts, fiberglass windows, door hardware, glazing, gypsum board assemblies, tiling, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient flooring, tile carpeting, painting and coatings, phenolic core toilet compartments, toilet, bath and laundry accessories, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, fire alarm. Tax Exempt Project has an expected duration of 230 days. All bid RFI's are due to MRB Group by October 9, 2024 at 5:00 PM.
