Joeris General Contractors, LTD (Construction Manager) will be accepting trade partner proposals for University of Texas at San Antonio – Texas Pavilion and Mitigation. Project Description: The project will consist of demolition and abatement of the existing Texas State Pavilion facility and site. Necessary abatement activities are to be included prior to general demolition as well as make safe for electrical and HVAC elements. Site demolition will include but not limited to demolition of multiple stand-alone one (1) story structures, flatwork, pavers, mechanical equipment, elevated structures, etc. Site utilities will consist of removal, placement, reroute, adjustment, or modifications for existing utility lines including: water, sewer, gas, storm, electrical, telecom, etc. In addition, the site will be graded to meet new elevation and geotechnical requirements. Subcontracting Opportunities (but not limited to): Demolition - Demolition of facility and site elements. Hazardous Material Removal - Abatement, remediation, and removal of hazardous materials. HVAC - Make safe of HVAC elements. Electrical - Make safe of electrical elements. Earthwork - Site prep and regrading as required. Erosion Control - Install and maintain SWPPP requirements. Landscape - Hydroseed, topsoil, temporary irrigation. Utilities - Removal, adjustment, and/or placement of utility elements.
