Renovation of an educational facility in Kensington, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work includes replacement of generator and electrical equipment at MCPS Rock View Elementary School as specified herein, attached drawings and specifications. The installation includes, but is not limited to, the generator system, controls, conduits, gas meters split, upgrade and line connection, general construction type work to include general site restoration, provide and install all emergency lighting circuits, removing and disposing of existing emergency lighting.
