The Housing Authority of Bardstown will be accepting bids for mowing of all sites for FY2025. Detailed Bidding Instructions are outlined in the Bid Packets. The Housing Authority of Bardstown reserves the right to reject any and all bids. If you have any questions, please call 502-34803525: Jackie C. Mudd Executive Director Housing Authority of Bardstown 513 West Broadway Bardstown, Ky. 40004 Housing Authority of Bardstown Mowing Packet The mowing bids must include the following: 1. Insurance policies must be returned with the bid: Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Commercial Auto. ALL policies must have a 30-day cancellation period. 2. Cost per each mowing for an average of 26 weekly mowings. Each mowing must include trimming, picking up of trash/debris, all the blowing off of grass clippings for ALL sidewalks and porches on all sites. a. Garbage/Trash/Debris MUST be removed if present, not mown over! b. All a/c units must be trimmed/edged behind, between the unit and the building. c. All fence lines on all properties must be trimmed with the weed-eater during each mowing. 3. Cost per each cleaning of all gutters - One (1) Time In the Spring, and one (1) time in the Fall for all sites. 4. Cost per each edging of all sidewalks - Two (2) times during the mowing season. 5. Three references. 6. Each bid item must be itemized separately
